Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our construction company. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and supporting the sales/marketing team in promoting our construction projects and services.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services/projects.</li><li>Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.</li><li>Maintain and update customer database (leads, prospects, and client details).</li><li>Generate leads, schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.</li><li>Follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversion.</li><li>Address customer queries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.</li><li>Assist the sales/marketing team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any field.</li><li>Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing (construction/real estate sector preferred).</li><li>Good communication skills in English and Malayalam</li><li>Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.</li><li>Ability to work under targets and deadlines.</li></ul>Salary best in the industry.Work Environment:<ul><li>Office-based role with regular coordination with sales, marketing, and project teams.</li><li>May require occasional client visits along with sales executives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Tele Caller Executive
