<li>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented <b>Fresher Planning Engineer</b> to join our team. The role involves assisting in project scheduling, monitoring progress, and supporting the project team in planning and coordination. <li><div>Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using planning tools/software.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams for data collection.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Support in resource allocation, manpower planning, and material tracking.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Monitor project progress and report deviations to senior engineers.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Ensure documentation of drawings, schedules, and reports for project records.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Learn and follow company planning and quality standards. B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Fresher or up to 1 year of experience).</div>
</li>
<li><div>Basic understanding of construction methods and project management.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</div>
</li>
<li><div>Familiarity with MS Project / Primavera (added advantage, training will be provided if needed).</div>

Planning Engineer

Job Description</p><div>
Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for new building projects, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
<ul><li>Oversee the development of construction documents and manage the bidding process for construction contracts.</li>
<li>Work with project managers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure that building systems and structures are safe, efficient, and comply with local codes and regulations.</li>
<li>Should have thorough knowledge of drawings and rules.</li>
</ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.</li>
<li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of architecture.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.</li>
