Key Responsibilities</p><div><ul>
<li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and feasibility studies during the design phase</li>
<li>Develop tender documentation and assist in contractor selection and negotiations</li>
<li>Monitor project costs and expenditures throughout the construction phase; update budgets and track variation</li>
<li>Perform interim valuations, issue payment certificates, and manage subcontractor payments</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate commercial risks; perform value engineering to optimize cost-efficiency</li>
<li>Administer contracts, including variation orders, claims, and final account settlements</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections to validate progress and completed works</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, health &amp; safety, and quality standards</li>
<li>Prepare and present regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final project summaries to stakeholders .</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers</li>
<li>Required Qualifications</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field</li>
<li>Minimum4+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost consultancy, or related commercial roles</li>
<li>Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS/AIQS) is an advantage</li>
