Job Summary Kent &amp; McBride, P.C. a Civil Defense litigation firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an energetic Litigation Associate for its ever-growing PIP practice.Responsibilities:- Conduct discovery, evaluate liability and damages, and prepare cases for binding arbitration.- Attend arbitrations virtually.- Draft arbitrations statements and applications for dismissal.- Bench trials.- Negotiate settlements.- Work independently and in teams to complete projects.Minimum Qualifications:- Juris Doctor degree.
