We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support the remediation of SAM modules. This position will drive requirements gathering, backlog refinement, testing, and Agile delivery for a federal client, working closely with the Project Manager, developers, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings not only strong technical and facilitation skills, but also the professionalism and interpersonal agility to build productive working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Location: Remote within the US supporting EST working hours.
Responsibilities:
Process Documentation &amp; Backlog Management:<ul><li>
Conduct requirements gathering sessions workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria related to SAM.</li><li>
Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to refine and prioritize features.</li><li>
Collect end user requirements and document process workflows related to ServiceNow Software Asset Manager.</li></ul>
Scrum Master Duties:<ul><li>
Serve as Scrum Master for the delivery team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.</li><li>
Help manage delivery cadence and align sprint goals with contract deliverables and resource availability.</li><li>
Track open action items, risks, and decisions across working sessions.</li><li>
Own the SAM story backlog and ensure alignment with technical feasibility and platform best practices.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Communication:<ul><li>
Serve as a key communication link between developers and business/technical stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>
Effectively lead and operationalize meetings to deliver consensus on desired outcomes.</li><li>
Collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to communicate effectively across all audiences&mdash;including navigating complex personalities and fostering productive relationships with stakeholders who may have competing priorities or high expectations.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder.</li><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, business, management, information systems, engineering, or related field (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education for a total of 16+ years of relevant experience).</li><li>
8+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master with ServiceNow.
</li><li>Expert in conducting daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.</li><li>
Familiarity with asset lifecycle processes, license models, and IT asset governance.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and sprint management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Agile).</li><li>
Excellent facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.</li><li>
Experience supporting a federal client.</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.</li><li>
ServiceNow CSA or SAM certifications.</li><li>
ServiceNow Micro-Certification - Agile and Test Management Implementation</li><li>
ServiceNow Micro-Certification - Automated Test Framework</li><li>
Experience creating process maps and functional documentation using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM modules.</li></ul>

Kentro is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise Salesforce Operations &amp; Maintenance (O&amp;M) efforts supporting the International Trade Administration (ITA) within the U.S. Department of Commerce.
This role blends technical platform expertise with program leadership, agile oversight, and operational governance. The Technical Program Manager will oversee a Salesforce O&amp;M and development team responsible for sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing mission-critical systems. This leader will ensure platform stability, release discipline, architectural integrity, and alignment with evolving business priorities.
As Kentro continues to grow within the Department of Commerce, this role may expand to provide agile and program oversight across additional Salesforce scrum teams supporting other DOC components, such as NTIA and/or other Federal agencies. This growth-oriented leader will serve as a unifying force across delivery teams, ensuring consistency in standards, DevOps maturity, and execution excellence.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide program-level oversight of a Salesforce Operations &amp; Maintenance and enhancement team supporting ITA mission systems</li><li>
Lead sprint governance, backlog prioritization alignment, and release planning in partnership with product owners and stakeholders</li><li>
Ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and proactive risk mitigation across environments</li><li>
Oversee DevOps maturity including CI/CD practices, deployment governance, and release discipline</li><li>
Serve as technical escalation authority for complex platform issues and architectural decisions</li><li>
Establish and enforce development standards, reusable patterns, and security guardrails</li><li>
Provide executive-level reporting on program health, roadmap execution, risks, and resource alignment</li><li>
Guide agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices across teams</li><li>
Coordinate integration strategy across Salesforce, middleware, and external federal systems</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, incident management, and enhancement workflows</li><li>
Support potential expansion into additional DOC Salesforce programs as the portfolio grows</li><li>
Mentor technical leads and scrum masters to ensure delivery consistency and performance accountability</li></ul>

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field</li><li>
6+ years of experience leading Salesforce delivery teams in federal or enterprise environments</li><li>
Demonstrated experience overseeing Salesforce Operations &amp; Maintenance programs</li><li>
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, DevOps, and release management practices</li><li>
Experience managing Agile Scrum teams in a program-level leadership capacity</li><li>
Experience providing executive stakeholder communication and governance reporting</li><li>
Ability to manage cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, testers, and business analysts</li><li>

Kentro is hiring a Principal Developer/Software Engineer for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) - or in support of NGA initiatives - is a senior-level technical leader focused on modernizing, designing, and implementing complex geospatial applications and infrastructure. This role is critical for transforming legacy systems into cloud-native, microservices-based platforms.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and maintain scalable, secure full stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Spring Boot) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or similar</li><li>
Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and mission stakeholders to define, develop, and implement GEOINT software capabilities aligned with NGA and DoD mission needs</li><li>
Integrate applications with NGA and IC systems, ensuring interoperability and compliance with NGA standards like NGA Software Way and DevCorps methodologies.</li><li>
Build RESTful APIs and microservices to enable clean, secure data pipelines and interoperability across systems</li><li>
