Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations Open Invoice, Enverus Ticketing. - Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. - Coordinate and manage projects related to accounting processes and systems. - Provide administrative support to the accounting department. - Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation. - Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. - Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.Requirements: - Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred. - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations. - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. - Experience working in a medical or dental office setting is a bonus.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of accounting.
