By fostering cross-industry and cross-cultural collaboration, we help brands connect authentically with their audiences and unlock long-term growth opportunities.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking a Graphic Designer with a passion for food, culture, and design to create compelling visuals for KPM&rsquo;s diverse portfolio of F&amp;B and hospitality clients. This role involves developing promotional posters, digital graphics, and marketing materials that align with each client&rsquo;s brand identity while maintaining KPM&rsquo;s high creative standards.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition and typography, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and experience designing both print and digital assets for marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design marketing and promotional assets, including posters, menus, signage, packaging, and social media graphics.</li><li>Support creative direction for F&amp;B and hospitality campaigns through moodboards and visual explorations.</li><li>Prepare and adapt design assets for multiple formats (print, digital, and social media).</li><li>Collaborate closely with the strategy, marketing, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.</li><li>Update and maintain design templates, brand guidelines, and asset libraries.</li><li>Deliver artwork on tight deadlines with attention to detail and brand consistency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in design (agency or F&amp;B/ F&amp;B/hospitality experience preferred).</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus.</li><li>Strong sense of layout, typography, and color composition.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus, but not required.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to design for high-profile and emerging F&amp;B and hospitality brands.</li><li>Exposure to a wide range of creative projects, from branding to campaign design.</li><li>Collaborative environment with hands-on experience across creative and marketing teams.</li><li>Growth opportunities within the agency.</li><li>Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time, ContractPay: Base (contingent on experience)Expected Hours: 40 per weekSchedule: 8-hour shiftWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
