Job Title: Ecommerce Executive Location: Turbhe- Vashi, Navi MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 3+ yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven, experienced Ecommerce Executive to take full ownership of our ecommerce operations across marketplaces. This is a hybrid role combining the hands-on execution of daily tasks with the strategic oversight needed to grow and optimize our online business. You&rsquo;ll manage product listings, inventory, customer experience, account performance, and promotional campaigns across platforms like Temu, eBay, B&amp;Q, OnBuy and more.This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded, ready to drive performance and streamline operations end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listings &amp; Content Optimization<ul><li>Create, manage, and optimize product listings across all platforms, ensuring SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.</li><li>Monitor listings for accuracy, compliance with platform policies, and brand consistency.</li><li>Use A/B testing and performance data to improve listing conversion rates.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Sales Analysis<ul><li>Track and analyse platform performance metrics: sales, conversion funnel metrics, customer feedback, returns.</li><li>Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve product visibility, conversion, sales and ROI.</li><li>Identify opportunities for growth through featured listings, deals, or new product launches.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Order Management<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and synchronize inventory across all sales channels.</li><li>Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and efficient stock turnover.</li><li>Address and resolve fulfilment, delay, or return-related issues.</li></ul>Marketplace Account Management<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for key UK ecommerce accounts (e.g. Temu, OnBuy, Wilko, Wayfair, Debenhams etc).</li><li>Ensure healthy account metrics (order fulfilment rate, customer satisfaction, return handling).</li><li>Monitor and respond to any policy violations or platform escalations.</li></ul>Strategy, Campaigns &amp; Pricing<ul><li>Develop and execute pricing strategies tailored to each platform to ensure competitiveness and profitability.</li><li>Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, flash sales, seasonal events, and product launches.</li><li>Analyse campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives based on performance data.</li></ul>Customer Experience &amp; Support<ul><li>Oversee the end-to-end customer experience, resolving escalated inquiries and improving service processes.</li><li>Maintain a customer-first mindset, using feedback and reviews to improve product and service offerings.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Growth Initiatives<ul><li>Work closely with marketing, warehouse, logistics, and leadership teams to align goals and execution.</li><li>Recommend new tools, platforms, or automation to improve workflow efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Explore and propose new ecommerce channels or international expansion opportunities.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).</li><li>3&ndash;5+ years in ecommerce management or marketplace account management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of platforms like Temu, eBay, B&amp;Q, OnBuy, Wilko, Wayfair, Debenhams, etc.</li><li>Excellent Advance Excel and data analysis skills; comfortable with reporting tools and CMS systems.</li><li>Proven track record of managing ecommerce operations and driving growth.</li><li>Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with ERP or inventory management software.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or paid ads.</li><li>Prior experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or retail ecommerce.</li></ul>If you meet these requirements and you're passionate about e-commerce, we would love to hear from you.How to Apply: Apply directly via this LinkedIn job post or email your CV and cover letter to careers@keplin-group.comApplications will be accepted until the position is filled.
