What You’ll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Assist optometrists in delivering outstanding patient care, from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up</li>
<li>Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient medical histories, and assist in educating patients about their vision benefits</li>
<li>Guide patients in contact lens training, insurance verification, and scheduling their next visit</li>
<li>Ensure smooth patient flow by coordinating appointments and managing office communications</li>
<li>Work closely with your team to meet individual and collective goals for optimal patient care and satisfaction</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For: 
<ul>
<li>1+ year of experience in customer service (optometric experience preferred but not required!)</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and connect with patients</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management abilities—you’ll be multitasking in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a passion for self-improvement and a desire to learn new skills</li>
<li>Detail-focused and capable of documenting patient exams and procedures with accuracy</li>
<li>Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules as needed and a proactive attitude toward team success</li>
