What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h4><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Perform HVAC preventative maintenance</b></h4><p>
Clean coils on rooftop units (RTUs &amp; refrigeration systems)</p>
<p>
Work on split systems, make-up air units, exhaust systems</p>
<p>
Take before/after photos and complete service reports</p>
<p>
Follow safety procedures and job instructions</p>
<p>
Work outdoors and at heights</p>

What You Need</b></h4><p>
HVAC or coil cleaning experience (preferred)</p>
<p>
Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders</p>
<p>
Able to work outdoors in all weather</p>
<p>
Strong attention to detail</p>
<p>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</p>
