What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h4><p>
Support Operations Managers across the Eastern Region</p>
<p>
Coordinate scheduling, interviews, and onboarding tracking</p>
<p>
Maintain hiring and onboarding reports by location</p>
<p>
Assist with payroll coordination and employee documentation</p>
<p>
Communicate daily with Ops Managers to track hiring needs</p>
<p>
Monitor progress from application onboarding start</p>
<p>
Help keep locations on track with staffing goals</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Need</b></h4><p>
Strong organization and follow-up skills (this role moves fast)</p>
<p>
Excellent communication via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams</p>
<p>
Experience with Excel and tracking multiple locations</p>
<p>
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines</p>
<p>
Administrative, recruiting, or operations support experience</p>

Nice to Have</b></h4><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience supporting multi-location teams</b></h4><p>
Familiarity with ATS/HR systems (Paychex, Paylocity, etc.)</p>

Background in staffing or high-volume hiring environments</p>

Requirements</b></h4><p>
High School Diploma or GED required</p>

21+ years old</p>

Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive</p>
