Position Overview:</b></div><div>
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection and purchases while providing exceptional service in a retail healthcare environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing payments, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, stocking shelves, managing inventory, creating product displays, and delivering medical supplies as needed.<br>

<b>Scheduled Hours:</b></div><ul><li>
Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.</li><li>
Thursday-Friday: 10 am to 6 pm</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Job Duties:</b></div><ul><li>
Greet customers, offer assistance, answer questions, and handle concerns or complaints professionally.</li><li>
Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations, and process purchases.</li><li>
Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.</li><li>
Assist with store opening and closing procedures.</li><li>
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.</li><li>
Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed.</li><li>
Deliver medical supplies as required.</li><li>
Delivering medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen concentrators, and hospital beds to patients' homes or healthcare facilities.</li><li>
Handling the return of equipment, ensuring it is properly cleaned and prepared for future use.</li><li>
Maintaining accurate inventory records of all equipment.</li><li>
Tracking what is in stock, what is out for delivery, and what needs to be returned.</li><li>
Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families.</li><li>
Addressing questions and concerns related to equipment usage and delivery.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Experience in the medical equipment field preferred.</li><li>
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.</li><li>
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product information clearly.</li><li>
Knowledge of products with the ability to recommend items and close sales.</li><li>
Inventory management experience.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required.</li></ul></div><div></div>
