Where You'll Work</b><br>
At the Kerry Center in Beloit, Wisconsin, US we are the leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry. We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as research and development, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee, Madison, Rockford and Chicago. Sales Overview</b></div>
<div>
You will be working with some of the world&rsquo;s largest Food manufacturers and/or Foodservice brands.</div>
<div>
There are assignments available on several teams within the Commercial Development &amp; Sales function. Possibilities include:</div>

<li>Global CPG</li>
<li>Regional CPGs</li>
<li>Kerry Brands</li>
<li>Food Service</li>
<li>Various end-use market teams (e.g., Meals, Snack, Beverage, Supplements, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<div>Responsibility from day 1, you will not only support your colleagues in day-to-day business, but you will also manage your own projects and accountabilities. You will develop a broad set of commercial development and selling skills through collaboration with the wider Kerry sales network and cross-functional teams. You will also work with stakeholders from many other functions, including Marketing teams, Business Development and R&amp;D.</div>

Key Responsibilities</b></div>

What you'll do</i></b></div>
<div>
Sales Support &amp; Lead management</div>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Kerry marketing, business, and RD departments in preparation for account meetings (internal and external) and supporting activities associated with account meetings.</li>
<li>Follow-up on incoming leads within 12 hours and liaise with leads/new points of contact with respective account team or as assigned.</li>
<li>Support the build of sales funnel including outreach via email, cold-calls, and further developing leads into opportunities.</li>
<li>Execute marketing launch plans to selected client partner lists establishing new leads and/or further engagement.</li>
<li>Research, Learn, &amp; Report on select customer or end use market organizations, priorities, and company hierarchy identifying new connections and/or new opportunities; and compiling commercial summaries.</li>
<li>Manage multiple day-to-day follow-up activities including sample requests, quality/regulatory review, past due activities (internal and external).</li>
<li>Capture meeting notes and keep Salesforce/CRM data bases up to date and complete.</li>

What You&rsquo;ll Need to be Successful
</i></b></div><ul><li>Pursuing a bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a four-year accredited College or University in ngineering, Business, Marketing, Economics, or Food Science related field of study with an expected graduation date between December 2025 &ndash; May 2026</li>
<li>Minimum 3.0 GPA</li>
<li>Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. &ndash; Sponsorships will not provided for early career roles.</li>
<li>Experience in Advanced Analytical, project management, planning or problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team</li>
<li>A curious mindset</li>

Compensation Data</b></div>
<div>
The starting wage for an internship is $20.00 an hour. Actual offers may vary depending on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. Accepting applications on a continuous basis until 2026 cohort is full. About the role</b></div>

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the Supply Chain Management function for Kerry Egypt. The role will focus on maintaining service levels to our customers while driving efficiency for plant and warehouse operations. This covers People Management, Service, Inventory and Functional Cost Management.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
Key responsibilities</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Talent Management and People development</li>
<li>Responsible for all Kerry Egypt KPI&rsquo;s &ndash; OTIF, Working Capital, Inventory, supply chain costs, Service complaint</li>
<li>Lead the process for collecting demand forecast from commercial stakeholders</li>
<li>Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production capacities</li>
<li>Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet service targets while minimizing carrying costs</li>
<li>Define and manage Dynamic safety stock, reorder points, and inventory policies</li>
<li>Develop strong relationships with key commercial stakeholders, becoming key point of contact in the region for any issues, opportunities.</li>
<li>Identify process improvements across the supply chain, logistics &amp; customer care functions.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><div><b>Qualifications and skills</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Fluent in English and Arabic</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles (inventory strategies, demand planning, logistics)</li>
<li>Experience with SAP and master data management</li>
<li>Ability to manage KPIs like OTIF, working capital, inventory</li>
<li>Skills in forecasting, collaboration, and cross-functional communication</li>
<li>Familiarity with process improvement methodologies</li>
<li>Strong customer focus and ability to drive customer experience</li>
<li>Ability to lead NPI (New Product Introduction) projects</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years' experience in a supply chain with 2 or more in leadership role, working in a Food manufacturing company is preferred</li>
<li>Egyptian Nationals preferred given the position location</li></ul></div></div></div><br>
