About the role</b></div>
</div><div><div>
Lead the resolution of any stock out issues to avoid compromising production and/or customer delivery deadlines. Support and participate in the commercialisation process through to launch of all new products introduced into the KSA market.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
Key responsibilities</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Work closely with the Procurement Technology Buyers on all material requirements for KSA</li>
<li>Maintain and review raw material stock levels with view to maximise cash flow and meet agreed targets</li>
<li>Generate and report on weekly &lsquo;At Risks&rsquo; materials and flag up projected stock shortfalls through the Technology Supply Process and provide commentary on actions taken to meet deadlines</li>
<li>Work with technical teams to develop action plans for slow moving stocks to reduce stock write-offs</li>
<li>Work with and develop expertise in material call-off planning using SAP ECC &amp; APO modules</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><div><b>Qualifications and skills</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Candidate will be qualified to degree level in an Supply Chain, Business / Commercial discipline</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in doing material call-off, preferably in a food manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems is essential; SAP experience is a definite advantage.</li>
<li>A deep knowledge of Supply Chain with the ability to think logically in a fast changing environment is essential</li>
<li>English verbal and written communication competencies are essential.</li></ul><br>

We&rsquo;re seeking an <b>Account Manager</b> to drive growth in North America within our snack team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll partner with leading food manufacturers, nurture existing relationships, and uncover new opportunities that bring Kerry&rsquo;s cutting-edge snack solutions to life.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
Key responsibilities</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring delivery of revenue and margin targets.</li>
<li>Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with organizational growth pillars.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and customer impact.</li>
<li>Build a diverse pipeline for long-term growth.</li>
<li>Own sales P&amp;L for assigned accounts; drive margin expansion and profitability.</li>
<li>Prepare and present account performance reports to senior management; forecast sales and growth metrics.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders (including C-suite).</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support client business objectives.</li>
<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through strategic partnerships.</li>
<li>Lead complex contract negotiations and long-term supply agreements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with pricing strategies, margin targets, and legal/commercial standards.</li>
<li>Partner with marketing, R&amp;D, operations, and other teams to deliver innovative solutions and seamless customer experiences.</li>
<li>Lead client-facing initiatives and resolve complex client issues.</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of account management experience in food ingredient manufacturing covering flavor or ingredient solutions for snacks, confections and/or nutrition bars.</li>
<li>Advanced negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Experience with CRM and data-driven decision-making at a strategic level.</li>
<li>Availability to travel up to 50%.</li>

The pay range for this position is $88,100 - $163,700 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
