HR EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources management or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in human resources or related field.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.</li><li>Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.</li><li>Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant labour laws (P.F and ESIC)</li><li>Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.</li></ul>HR EXECUTIVE Responsibilities:<ul><li>Consistently recruiting excellent staff.</li><li>Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.</li><li>Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.</li><li>Carrying out necessary administrative duties. (PF and ESIC)</li><li>Conducting performance and wage reviews.</li><li>Creating clear and concise reports.</li><li>Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.</li><li>Handling workplace investigations, audit, disciplinary, and termination procedures.</li><li>Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Vapi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>
