 The Investment Analyst position is within Kestra Investment Management and represents a unique opportunity to help architect, develop, and manage the firm’s market commentary and investment offerings. The Investment Management unit aims to provide a broad suite of investment solutions and expertise that financial professionals can use to help their clients. This role will work directly with the Chief Investment Officer to research market and economic trends and communicate our views with advisors, clients and the public.
 
What You’ll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets and charts with current economic indicators and market data.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and maintenance of presentations used to communicate investment views to advisors and their clients.</li>
<li>Analyze current and historical economic indicators and market data. Help identify topics of interest to the investing public and tailor our content accordingly.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze market and investment trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.</li>
<li>Communicate research findings with the portfolio management team to assist the team in developing views that inform the investment decision making process.</li>
<li>Manage calendar of content, including identifying appropriate and interesting topics, partnering with other individuals within the team, ensuring materials are ready and compliance-approved on time</li>
<li>Draft and refine market commentary and investment insights, simplifying complex economic and market dynamics into clear, actionable narratives for financial advisors and their clients.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring: 
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate degree from a four-year accredited college or university.</li>
<li>2-3+ years professional experience in economics and/or financial markets.</li>
<li>Willingness to obtain industry licensing, such as the Series 65 or similar, as needed.</li>
<li>Actively pursuing or current holder of the CFA designation preferred.</li>
<li>Must possess superior analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Ability to work closely with other members of the team and take ownership of key projects.</li>
<li>Demonstrate personal integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, growing, entrepreneurial environment.</li>
<li>Commitment to a culture of professionalism, accountability, client focus and teamwork.</li>
<li>Genuine interest in and knowledge of financial markets, economic indicators, and investment principles.</li>

 The Program Manager will report to the Head of Advisor Platform Product. As a Program Manager with Kestra Holding you will manage all aspects of different projects within the broker dealer. You will help provide programs that support the organizations strategic plans and vision. You will work with business sponsors, technical sponsors, and all other supporting functions to provide high-quality deliverables that track timelines, status, risks and issues.
 
What you’ll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Manage all projects constraints, with focus on scope, time, risk, and change.</li>
<li>Develop project plans using Kestra's choice of software and tools for doing so.</li>
<li>Manage many different sized project teams in a matrix-structured environment.</li>
<li>Manage project team meetings, scheduling, risks, and delivery.</li>
<li>Provide regular project communications to all levels of the company, including some presentations.</li>
<li>Facilitate requirements gathering and review. Occasionally help develop project requirements to meet the needs.</li>
<li>Provide support to business stakeholders in the form of operational readiness plans including but not limited to: activities related to testing, training and change management communications.</li>
<li>Understand all current Advisor Platform projects from a company strategic level and a technical delivery perspective.</li>
<li>Support production of monthly Steer Co decks for Executive Leadership</li>
<li>Provide and promote integrity and leadership throughout the life of projects representing business philosophies, protocols, and standards.</li>
<li>Tactically organize and structure activities.</li>
<li>Presentation and meeting facilitation</li>
</ul>
What You Bring: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.</li>
<li>5+ years of project management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs.</li>
<li>Project management experience related to software development</li>
<li>Financial services experience</li>
<li>Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence</li>
<li>Experience with at least 4 full life cycle projects, from analysis to completion.</li>
<li>Familiarity with .NET framework.</li>
<li>Desktop and Internet-based applications.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).</li>
<li>Familiarity with CRM systems such as WealthBox and/or Redtail is a plus.</li>
<li>A forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate client and team needs.</li>
<li>Customer-first attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.</li>
<li>Experience in financial services, insurance, or a similar client-facing role preferred</li>
</ul>
