Company provides tools, vehicle for use at work, and a clean working environment. M-F 10a-6:30p plus rotating on-call hours during evenings &amp; weekends. Requirements for Maintenance Technicians:<ul><li>
High school diploma/GED, or three consecutive years of work experience as a maintenance technician</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and good driving record</li><li>
Verifiable maintenance work experience</li><li>
Must have general maintenance knowledge and work experience, be able to use hand tools, power tools, and light shop equipment</li><li>
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or &frac14; of own body weight</li><li>
Beneficial work experience- commercial building repairs &amp; maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, home repairs, home maintenance, maintenance technician, building maintenance engineer, mowing, trimming, carpentry, sheet rock, HVAC, plumbing, glass replacement, door repairs, window repairs, and electrical.
