 The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced lawyers and advisors specialised in Turkish Citizenship by Investment who will also contribute to sales, business development and client-facing activities. The role combines legal advisory with program promotion, including presentations and video-based introductions of our services. Junior and Interns can also apply for the role.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide legal and strategic advice to international clients on Turkish Citizenship by Investment applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and follow up applications at the Turkish Citizenship Offices and Title Deed Offices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on real estate law and corporate law matters connected with investment structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support clients with EU Golden Visa and Citizenship programs (experience in Portugal, Greece, Malta or other EU jurisdictions is a strong asset).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver presentations and video content promoting the firm&rsquo;s global programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend and represent the firm at international conferences and events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Senior Management Team to create tailored solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to business development and client acquisition efforts.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Law degree from a reputable university (Bar admission is an asset; LLM from a UK/US university is a plus).
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3&ndash;5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in an internationally oriented law firm or as an advisor to CBI/RBI firms.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven expertise in Citizenship &amp; Residency by Investment programs, with strong focus on Turkish Citizenship by Investment, and exposure to EU programs such as Portugal Golden Visa, Greece Golden Visa, Malta.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Solid background in Corporate, Commercial, and Real Estate Law; experience in litigation, arbitration, contract drafting, negotiation, and transactional work is an advantage.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-border legal matters.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, and video presentations.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or Chinese are highly valued.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High professional ethics, sound judgment, and a collaborative team spirit.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No restrictions on domestic or international travel; EU residency or second citizenship is preferred.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preferably based on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;For male candidates, no outstanding military obligation.
