Fall 2026 Co-op&ndash; Operations &amp; Technical Excellence 
As a Fall 2026 Co-op &ndash; Operations &amp; Technical Excellence at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in the Allentown, PA facility, you will be working in a challenging, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces the Snapple beverage. You will be a member of the Snapple Renovation project where we will be re-innovating the product. As an Operations &amp; Technical Excellence Intern, you will be responsible for establishing and documenting processing parameters and conditions, creating standard operating procedures, and developing training material for the new labeler. Additionally, you will lead the effort to integrate this information into our digital training and communication platform, so it is easily accessible for all team members. Through this program, you will gain a robust knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) along with hands-on application. 
Shift/Schedule:<ul><li>
The KDP 2026 Fall Co-op program will run from July 13 - December 11, 2026</li><li>
Full-time; 40 hours per week</li><li>
Monday-Friday</li><li>
In-person in our Allentown, PA facility</li></ul> 
As an Operations &amp; Technical Excellence Co-op you will:<ul><li>
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li><li>
Establish and calibrate centerlines</li><li>
Design comprehensive training packages</li><li>
Optimize Clean-in-Place (CIL) processes</li></ul>

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment</li><li>
Receive mentor support for your professional development</li><li>
Participate in meet &amp; greets and lunch &amp; learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders</li><li>
Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting</li><li>
Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business</li></ul>
 
Total Rewards:

Requirements: 
<ul><li>
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another related field</li><li>
Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm) and travel up to 10%</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines</li><li>
Strong communication skills including excellent listening, writing, and verbal abilities</li><li>
Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter</li><li>
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>
Technical skills (basic engineering knowledge), analytical and problem-solving skills (data collection and analysis, troubleshooting), and digital and software skills (AutoCAD, technical drawing interpretation) are preferred</li></ul>

As a Winter Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will be working in a challenging, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces some of KDP&rsquo;s most recognized beverages in the industry. Each co-op will have real responsibilities and will be provided with opportunities to grow professionally. You will be part of the Sourcing Activation team which supports the Coffee Business Unit. This position will be focused on helping with driving productivity, supplier quality and service. 
The KDP 2026 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 5 - May 22, 2026<ul><li>

Assist in managing supplier transitions for major packaging categories, including coordinating timelines, documentation, and cross-functional communication.</li><li>
Analyze supplier service and quality performance data from multiple sources, compare data results with business needs and contractual commitments/KPI's, provide insights into areas of focus and potential solutions</li><li>
Collaborate with team members across procurement, planning, R&amp;D, and graphics to align project deliverables and timing.</li><li>
Perform data analysis and reporting to help evaluate supplier performance and transition progress.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings, intern programming, and cross-functional learning opportunities across the company.</li></ul>

Winter 2026 Co-Op – Procurement Sourcing Analyst

<div>Job Overview: 
Centralized Buying Supervisor - Burlington, MA 
Oversee and support a team of central buyers who coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (to and from suppliers and internally) to meet production schedules in our Coffee Business Unit. Drive improvements in core metrics such as material in-stock %, obsolescence, and working capital. 
Role and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Manage Central Buying team, material purchasing, processes and systems. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.</li><li>
Has knowledge of buying best practices and how buying integrates with cross-functional teams such as material planning, finished good planning and production planning.</li><li>
Works in a fast-paced environment where rapid decisions are needed. Ability to make quick data driven decisions and guide the team.</li><li>
People leader with ability to hire and develop talent. Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute strategy.</li><li>
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.</li><li>
May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information, developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.</li></ul>
