Job Title: Senior HR Manager &ndash; Sales &amp; Tele calling DivisionJob Location: Madurai Department: HR - Sales Domain Reports To: CEO/Director Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a Senior HR Manager with strong experience managing Sales and Tele calling teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation &mdash; with a focus on improving team productivity and retention in a target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle recruitment and onboarding for Sales &amp; Telecalling profiles.</li><li>Develop and implement attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.</li><li>Manage incentive plans, PIP (Performance Improvement Plans), and appraisal cycles.</li><li>Conduct regular training, motivation, and engagement sessions for sales executives.</li><li>Maintain compliance with HR policies and ensure smooth coordination with management.</li><li>Address employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Prepare monthly reports on hiring, performance, and retention metrics.</li><li>Support management in driving sales productivity through HR strategies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience in HR, with minimum 2 years handling Sales/Tele calling operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of Sales targets, performance metrics of HR team, and team motivation techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Manual HRMS tools, and reporting.</li></ul>Salary: Based on experience and performance.Contact: [kirthigadevi.rp@kevells.com/ 6383705649]Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
