Reporting to the Head of Events, you&rsquo;ll bring visual storytelling to life across event branding, signage, digital assets, pitch decks, and marketing campaigns. This is an in-house role for a junior&ndash;mid level designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities- Design creative assets for live events, from concept through final delivery.- Develop visual identities for new projects, ensuring brand consistency.- Produce artwork for signage, swag, stage design elements, and print collateral.- Create digital/social graphics that bring campaigns to life.- Support pitch decks and case study development with strong layouts and visuals.- Work closely with the events and production teams to align design with creative direction.Requirements- 1&ndash;4 years professional design experience, ideally in events, branding, or creative agency work.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design skills a plus.- Strong sense of typography, color, and composition.- Portfolio showcasing creative, innovative work across both print and digital.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.- Based in Chicago (no relocation).Compensation- Base salary: $55,000 &ndash; $68,000 per year (depending on experience).- Annual Bonus.- Benefits package.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
