Our style of practice enables us to provide unique opportunities for experienced, highly qualified professionals to work either entirely remotely, entirely in-office, or a combination of both, and to manage their own workflow and schedule.The OpportunityThe Senior Bookkeeper/Accounting Technician will work in close partnership with our Bookkeeping Services Managers and owner to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish. The main responsibilities of this position will be a mixture of bookkeeping for existing clients and onboarding assistance with new clients, but as the firm grows the duties may be expanded to include overall management and follow up of workflow for a number of full-service clients, as well as client communications. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, highly organized accounting professional who possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing the best possible client experience.It is expected that this position will grow to be full time in nature, but hours of work will initially fluctuate between 20-25 hours/week depending on business needs.
