<div>Kevin&rsquo;s Natural Foods is seeking a strategic and highly analytical National Account Manager &ndash; Target to drive profitable sales growth and strengthen the relationship with one of our largest retail partners.
In this role, you will own the Target business at the corporate level leading Joint Business Planning (JBP), and build relationships with buyers to influence assortment, innovation placement, and promotional &amp; omnichannel execution.
You will develop business plans, leverage data to identify opportunities and insights, and optimize trade spending. This is a high-impact position for a self-starter who thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with strong execution discipline to continue scaling a rapidly growing brand.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Develop and own the annual Target Joint Business Plan (JBP), delivering targets for revenue, distribution, and trade investment.</li><li>
Build and strengthen relationships with Target buyers and other key business partners to grow distribution, secure innovation, and deliver category growth objectives.</li><li>
Lead all aspects of vendor income management, including promotional funding while managing other P&amp;L controllables to deliver business objectives.</li><li>
Drive fact-based selling using syndicated data (Nielsen), Target data from Partners Online (POL), and internal analytics to identify opportunities, close gaps, and influence decision-making.</li><li>
Conduct regular business reviews with Target, proactively identifying risks and opportunities while developing action plans to deliver against commitments.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, innovation, finance, demand planning, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure successful new product launches, customer specific marketing activity and accurate forecasting.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact between Kevin&rsquo;s Natural Foods and Target, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across all initiatives.</li><li>
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the better-for-you refrigerated and frozen meal solutions space, supporting the brand&rsquo;s rapid innovation pipeline.</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or a related field.</li><li>
5-8 years of progressive CPG sales experience, with direct experience managing Target.</li><li>
Proven track record of leading Joint Business Planning processes and managing trade investment to deliver profitable growth.</li><li>
Expertise working in Target&rsquo;s Partners Online (POL) system including an understanding of the process for new item setup (LaunchPad, IMN), submitting deals and approving contracts (VOP, TVI), tracking JBP Agreements (SBP), analyzing data (VIQ), among others.</li><li>
Strong business and financial acumen, including pricing strategy, vendor income management, and promotional effectiveness.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with proficiency in syndicated data tools (Nielsen), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influence skills &mdash; with the ability to build credibility and drive results.</li><li>
Background selling in the better-for-you, refrigerated, frozen, or meal solutions categories.</li><li>
Experience helping scale revenue and build sales capabilities in a high-growth CPG company.</li><li>
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% for in-person meetings and key business activities.</li></ul>

National Account Manager - Target

<div>Kevin&rsquo;s Natural Foods is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented National Account Manager &ndash; Albertsons to drive profitable sales growth across all Albertsons banners and divisions.
In this role, you will own the Albertsons business at both the corporate level &mdash; building relationships with National Category Directors (NCDs) to influence assortment, innovation placement, and national programs &mdash; and the division level &mdash; partnering with Sales Managers while directing broker partners on execution of plans.
You will develop business plans, leverage data to identify opportunities and insights, optimize trade spending, and align corporate initiatives with divisional execution. This is a high-impact position for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and can help scale a high-growth brand while strengthening broker and buyer relationships.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Develop and own the annual Albertsons account business plan, delivering targets for revenue, distribution, market share, and profitable trade spending across all divisions.</li><li>
Build and strengthen relationships with corporate NCDs to close distribution voids, sell innovation, and support corporate initiatives.</li><li>
Cultivate strong partnerships with division-level Sales Managers and business partners while providing clear direction, tools, and support to brokers to drive execution.</li><li>
Drive fact-based selling using syndicated data (Nielsen), shopper insights, and internal metrics to present compelling business cases and maximize ROI on promotions and trade investment.</li><li>
Negotiate promotional plans, pricing, assortment, and shelving initiatives while effectively managing trade budgets to achieve profitable growth.</li><li>
Conduct regular business reviews with corporate NCDs, division stakeholders, and brokers; monitor performance and proactively close gaps.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, innovation, finance, demand planning, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure successful new product launches, customer specific marketing activity and accurate forecasting.</li><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between Kevin&rsquo;s Natural Foods, our brokers, Albertsons divisions, and corporate teams to enable seamless communication and execution.</li><li>
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the better-for-you refrigerated and frozen meal solutions space, supporting the brand&rsquo;s rapid innovation pipeline.</li><li>

Established relationships with Albertsons National Category Directors or Division Sales Managers.</li><li>
Ability and willingness to travel 30&ndash;50% for division visits, corporate meetings in Boise, and other key activities</li></ul>

National Account Manager - Albertsons

<div>The HR &amp; Safety Coordinator will be on-site at one of our Stockton manufacturing facilities. This person will support daily HR operations, help foster a safe and respectful workplace, and assist in creating a positive and productive culture across the facility.
This position is for our 2nd shift (11:00AM-7:30PM, Monday-Friday).
This role is 100% onsite in Stockton, CA.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Build trusted relationships with associates and help address any questions related to policies, benefits, and/or HR procedures</li><li>
Support new-hire training and onboarding</li><li>
Partner with our third-party staffing agencies for successful hiring and record keeping</li><li>
Review and process timecards and attendance records for payroll accuracy</li><li>
Track and file corrective actions, employee statements, safety incidents, and compliance documents</li><li>
Complete and file incident reports and employee safety statements</li><li>
Support and track training for workplace safety programs</li><li>
Partner with facility leadership to reinforce a culture of safety</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Lead or assist with special HR projects and initiatives to support the facility and company-wide objectives.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned and necessary</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Need:<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in human resources or administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Comfortable being present and engaged on the production floor</li><li>
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred</li></ul>
