Job Title : UI/UX Engineer Location : Atlanta , GA (Onsite)Type : Contract The Web Designer &amp; UI/UX Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing engaging, user-centric web interfaces that enhance digital experience. This role combines creative design, front-end development, and data-driven decision-making through analytics to ensure the website meets user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong balance of visual design skills, technical front-end expertise, and analytical insight into user behavior and performance metrics.Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design principles</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with CMS platforms, Version control, data visualization and dashboarding.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and Business Teams</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in design tools, such as Canva, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar</li></ul><ul><li>Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar framework).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $40.00 - $45.15 per hourWork Location: In person
