We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facility Support Assistant to be the central coordinator for our facility maintenance and administrative needs. Maintenance Coordination: Handle maintenance requests from stores and ensure critical issues are fixed immediately by coordinating with relevant contractors for MEP, civil maintenance, pest control, security services, and cleaning.2. Administrative Support: Provide essential support by collecting monthly invoices and service reports and conducting document verifications.Mandatory Qualifications:1. Software Skills: Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel and Word).2. Mobility: Must possess a local driving license and a car.3. Language: Basic knowledge of English and Hindi is mandatory.4. Availability: Must be available during standard business hours (e.g., 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexibility for urgent issues).Nice to Have (Advantageous):1. Technical Background: Any technical background (electrical, civil, or mechanical) is preferred.2.
