Are you ready? Here is what we need from you:
<ul><li>As a front-line leader in the field, we need you to have the experienced skill level in rigging up/rigging down so that you can pass a competency evaluation.</li>
<li>Along with the well servicing knowledge, we need you to help effectively lead the crew when you are not operating the rig!
</li><li>The rigs and other equipment need to move! Having a Class B CDL and knowledge to road a rig is a very big bonus!
</li><li>Our working environment is fast paced! We need you to be able to work with the other members of the team to communicate and solve problems. Our customers rely on you too, so we need you to be able to work with them to be able to provide stellar service!</li>
<li>We need you to be able to work long hours and a long stretch of days (sometimes these days are holidays).</li>
<li>Everyone has rules to follow. We need you to follow our policies, those are our rules!</li>
<li>Safety is one of our top priorities! We need you to work safely and watch out for your co-workers. Key and our customers have made this easy for you by putting all the procedures down for you to review.</li>
<li>Engagement is Key! We need you to come to work each day ready and engaged so the team can deliver excellent customer service! Your participation in our Job Safety Analysis (JSA) meetings is important so everyone can be on the same page and work safely!</li>
<li>Because we care about your safety and the safety of others, we need you to be able to pass a pre-employment WorkSTEPS&reg; physical designed for this position, it is a physical job, so we want to make sure that you can lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time. A pre-employment drug and alcohol screen are also required.</li>
<li>We also need you to have an acceptable criminal and motor vehicle background check.</li>
<li>We need you to be able to be able to provide proof that you are authorized to work in the U.S.</li>

Education Requirements:
 
 
High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent is preferred.

Relief Operator

Job Summary:
 
 
This position is responsible for the relief operation of the rig, crew, and equipment and for ensuring customer satisfaction with all services rendered. Incumbent ensures that all crew members are at the rig and ready to work at scheduled time and maintains productivity standards for all rig functions. When the Relief Operator is not running a Rig, he/she is working on the crew as a crew member. 
 
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
<ul><li>Operates the assigned rig and equipment in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions as requested or designated by the customers.</li>
<li>Maintains regular contact and communication with customers to resolve concerns, issues and complaints.</li>
<li>Ensures that quality products and services are provided to the customers including maintaining productivity standards for all rig functions, following safety procedures for a safe working environment for all rig employees, and adhering to all applicable governmental regulations for compliance.</li>
<li>Ensures efficient maintenance of assigned rig and equipment.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains a positive and safe work environment for the assigned rig crew, including training and coaching them in carrying out their assigned duties on the rig.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li>
<li>Wear proper safety equipment on the job (when applicable)</li> 
</ul> 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Must have rig operation experience and be able to demonstrate full competency in rigging up/rigging down and well servicing operations. Minimum two or more years of experience in rig and well servicing operations.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in oilfield well servicing is required.</li>
<li>Must possess CDL B driver&rsquo;s license to drive rig.</li>
<li>Must meet all qualifications defined in Motor Vehicle Policy.
</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with people within and outside of the company.</li>
<li>Ability to lead or provide guidance to crew members to work safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Multi-tasking and basic problem-solving skills required; organizational skills preferred</li>
<li>Must pass Pre-employment drug/alcohol screen.</li>
<li>Must pass Pre-employment &quot;Essential Job Functions Test.&rdquo;</li>
<li>Must pass DOT-drug and physical test if you possess a CDL.</li>
