We are currently looking for individuals who are ready to take the next step and start a career with our team! The Lead Mechanic position plays an important role of guiding and supervision the maintenance team with day to day mechanical work. 
 
Job Type 
 
This position is full-time shift work led by a Manager. 
 
What a Shop Lead does:
<ul><li>Works with a team of maintenance mechanics who perform maintenance and repair services on oil field workover rigs, light duty vehicles, and other equipment used by Key.</li>
<li>Prioritizes the day-to-day shop activities including scheduling mechanical work, preventative maintenance, monitoring equipment for performance and productivity, repair and rebuilding of machinery or mechanical components.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting mechanical challenges and giving direction to the maintenance staff.</li>
<li>Works with the Maintenance Manager to update them on the status of projects and advises on the order of parts.</li>
<li>There are always odds and ends tasks to be done, your Maintenance Manager may assign you with other duties from time to time.</li>

What we need from you:
<ul><li>This is an experienced position! We would like it if you have seven (7) or more years of experience in as a mechanic or work in a similar capacity.</li>
<li>We would like for you to have knowledge skills for problem diagnosis and repairs on equipment, so you can lead and train mechanics and other shop employees!</li>
<li>Our working environment is fast paced! We need you to be able to work with the other members of the team to communicate and solve problems.</li>
<li>We need you to be able to work long hours and a long stretch of days (sometimes these days are holidays).</li>
<li>Everyone has rules to follow. We need you to follow our policies!</li>

Night Lead Mechanic Williston

Job Type 

This position is full-time shift work led by a Supervisor/Lead Mechanic 

Job Summary: 
 
This position is responsible for the mechanical servicing and upkeep of all equipment utilized by the Company. Duties include performing complex scheduled and non-routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting problems and performing necessary repairs according to company operating procedures in a safe manner. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Performs diagnosis for problems on various types of well service equipment based on reports from the field, using the appropriate diagnostic tests and interpreting the results.</li>
<li>Performs required repairs based on troubleshooting mechanical equipment.</li>
<li>Performs complex or non-routine scheduled maintenance or difficult repair work including overhauling engines and transmissions.</li>
<li>Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, belts, conveyors, fans, air conditioners, etc.</li>
<li>Disassemble machines and repairs or replaces broken parts, cleans and lubricates parts.</li>
<li>Checks mechanical equipment to diagnose trouble, adjusting functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary.</li>
<li>Inspects completed repairs or maintenance work by less experienced mechanics.</li>
<li>Maintains and places orders for materials and/or parts needed for repair or replacement.</li>
<li>May perform preventive maintenance inspection, including DOT annual inspections.</li>
<li>May work in the shop or in the field depending on work assignments or work location.</li>
<li>May be assigned to work in rig operation in accordance to company rig operating procedures and receive other specialized training about Hazard conditions.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Wears proper safety equipment on the job (when applicable)</li> 
</ul> 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Five (5) years or more of work experience as a mechanic or a similar capacity.</li>
<li>Must have a Class C license, or valid CDL A or B driver&rsquo;s license depending on the vehicle required to drive.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and skills in well service equipment/vehicle repair or preventive maintenance.</li>
<li>Must be skillful in rebuilding, inspecting and repairing equipment, including hydraulic, electrical and overhauling engines and transmissions.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate safe work habits and work well with others.</li>
<li>Ability to train or direct the work of others.</li>
<li>Must pass post-employment drug/alcohol urinalysis.</li>
<li>Must pass post-offer &quot;Essential Job Functions Test.&rdquo;</li>
<li>Must pass DOT drug test and physical by state and federal government DOT, if required.</li>
