Job DescriptionKey One Design Solution is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman / Visualiser / Interior Designer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing high-end residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, timely execution, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Work on the design process, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and mood boards.</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and FF&amp;E schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Supervise site works to ensure execution aligns with design intent and quality standards.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.</li><li>Oversee procurement and site installation schedules.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in interior design and project coordination (UAE experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, and finishes.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software. (Revit, 3DS Max, Corona is advantage)</li><li>Excellent communication and site management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Must be available to join immediately.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: AED 4,000+ (based on experience and qualifications)</li><li>Employment visa provided</li><li>Health insurance coverage</li><li>Other benefits as per UAE labor law</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time (On-site, Al Barsha 1, Dubai)Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>
