Key Termite & Pest Control

Monday-Friday You&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for keeping our schedule running smoothly in the fumigation department. This means booking fumigations, repairs, and making sure everything is lined up for our technicians and customers (contracts, gas close orders, etc.)Duties<ul><li>Schedule fumigations and repair work.</li><li>Call and email customers to confirm appointments, paperwork and give prep instructions</li><li>Adjust the schedule when things change (delays, cancellations, emergencies, etc.)</li><li>Keep customer and job information organized</li><li>Answer phones and respond to emails and voicemails</li><li>Follow up with customers after service when needed</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Someone who is organized</li><li>Good communication skills (friendly and professional with customers and team)</li><li>Basic computer skills and comfort using scheduling systems</li><li>Previous scheduling or customer service experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>multi task + great memory skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
