Role OverviewAs a Client Success &amp; Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Keynoverse&rsquo;s business expansion, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth product delivery from proposal to onboarding. This role combines business development, marketing outreach, contract administration, client relationship management, and operational coordination &mdash; demanding initiative, analytical thinking, and strong commercial judgment.You will take ownership of the full client lifecycle: from identifying opportunities and developing pricing strategies to coordinating product readiness, onboarding clients, and ensuring continuous satisfaction and retention.Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Account &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring professional communication and consistent support.</li><li>Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships by delivering excellent service and proactive engagement.</li><li>Monitor client satisfaction, handle complaints or concerns promptly, and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.</li><li>Conduct regular account reviews, provide progress updates, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.</li><li>Ensure every client experience reflects Keynoverse&rsquo;s commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation.</li></ul>2. Business Development &amp; Market Expansion<ul><li>Identify, research, and pursue new client opportunities across target markets aligned with Keynoverse&rsquo;s strategic objectives.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine pricing structures, promotional strategies, and growth opportunities.</li><li>Prepare sales budgets and pricing models, ensuring offerings remain competitive and profitable.</li><li>Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations for each client segment.</li><li>Participate in meetings, negotiations, and deal closures under the guidance of the CEO and CTO.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by management.</li></ul>3. Marketing Outreach &amp; Sales Ownership<ul><li>Take complete responsibility for marketing and outreach activities, including digital campaigns, lead generation, and direct engagement.</li><li>Design, plan, and execute self-initiated marketing strategies to attract potential clients and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Create and maintain marketing materials, client communication templates, and promotional content aligned with Keynoverse branding.</li><li>Manage the entire sales funnel &mdash; from prospecting and lead nurturing to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.</li></ul>4. Contracting, Coordination &amp; Product Delivery<ul><li>Prepare, review, and process client contracts, proposals, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.</li><li>Collect and document the scope of work and functional requirements from each client and coordinate with the technical team to prepare, customize, or configure products accordingly.</li><li>Oversee the onboarding and delivery process, ensuring that each client receives the agreed solution or service within the specified timeline.</li><li>Track and communicate delivery progress between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation.</li><li>Serve as the liaison for client feedback, feature requests, or technical issues &mdash; ensuring all matters are addressed efficiently by the technical team.</li><li>Document lessons learned and client insights for continuous improvement of product quality and delivery standards.</li></ul>5. Reporting, Analysis &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Submit weekly performance reports summarizing outreach activities, client updates, ongoing projects, and business outcomes.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive and accurate client, sales, and contract data in the CRM and other internal systems.</li><li>Conduct periodic market and performance analyses to support pricing revisions and sales forecasting.</li><li>Ensure all communications, documents, and contracts comply with Keynoverse&rsquo;s internal policies, confidentiality obligations, and UAE labour regulations.</li></ul>Performance ExpectationsYou are expected to:<ul><li>Demonstrate full ownership and accountability over your client portfolio, from lead generation to delivery.</li><li>Consistently meet defined sales, onboarding, and client satisfaction KPIs.</li><li>Maintain strong interdepartmental coordination with the technical and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence.</li><li>Exhibit professionalism, initiative, and integrity at all times while representing Keynoverse.</li><li>Contribute actively to the company&rsquo;s innovation, reputation, and strategic growth.</li></ul>Growth and DevelopmentKeynoverse Group is committed to fostering professional growth.
