Work closely with cross-functional teams, including structuring, compliance, legal, and engineering, to ensure seamless delivery of investment and financing solutions.</li><li>
Represent Keyrock at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility in the region.</li></ul></li></ul>
Background and experience<ul><li>
7+ years of experience in institutional sales within financial services, with at least 2+ years in digital assets sales.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of OTC sales &amp; trading, financing and derivatives (options, futures, structured products) and blockchain ecosystems.</li><li>
Experience in tailoring and selling derivatives strategies with options is a must</li><li>
Proven track record as an Individual Contributor of successfully engaging with VCs, Hedge Funds and/or private wealth, and of closing complex deals.</li><li>
Strong institutional network in both crypto and traditional finance sectors.</li><li>
Familiarity with trading concepts, market-making algorithms, and financial analysis tools.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>
Crypto Enthusiast: Passionate about digital assets, DeFi, and the tokenized economy.</li><li>
Strategic Thinker: Able to synthesize complex information and align sales strategies with long-term business goals.</li></ul>
