Beauty is looking for a sales driven and collaborative Sales &amp; Education Brand Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced team with a focus on our skincare brands within the e.l.f. Beauty portfolio to work 25-30 hours a week in 10 stores within the Seattle North market including the following doors:LynwoodAurora Shopping CenterWestwood VillageKirklandRentonEverettBellevueRedmondWoodinvilleMarysvilleObjective:To generate retail sales in designated stores within Ulta Beauty, through education, relationship building, store animations, direct selling, and events. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, responsibilities include the following:<ul><li>Driving in store sales to surpass all targets assigned to 10 Ulta stores.</li><li>Build call cycle strategies and adjust based on store support and performance with guidance of RSM.</li><li>Ensure all in-store merchandising and brand presentation is correct</li><li>Bring forward any inventory concerns/issues.</li><li>Strive to improve store rank throughout territory in all stores.</li><li>Plan and execute weekly store animations and events.</li><li>Build relationships with store &amp; district leadership.</li></ul>Education and Training:<ul><li>Execute best in class trainings, and events to increase store team love.</li><li>Follow all retailer guidelines and remember you are a guest in their stores.</li><li>Present a professional appearance and always adhere to Ulta&rsquo;s dress code standards.</li><li>Provide excellent and courteous customer service to all partners internally and externally.</li><li>Conduct Brand Business Reviews, elevate inventory issues and oversee visual merchandising standards.</li></ul>Communication<ul><li>Communicate with RSM at least once weekly.</li><li>Submit &ldquo;Daily Activity Sheet&rdquo; to RSM by 5pm EST every Monday.</li><li>Communicate at least once bi-weekly with all stores within territory to review objectives vs. performance.</li><li>Provide all competitive activity to RSM.</li><li>Develop call cycle/calendar by 15th of each month for two months out &amp; upload in Teamup. Ensure that your Teamup schedule is accurate at ALL times.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>The Sales &amp; Education Brand Specialist is a client-facing position, expected to be in stores 5 days a week/six hours per day. Working days are Tuesday through Saturday OR Wednesday through Sunday.</li><li>Two or more years of education and sales experience within the retail cosmetics field with a solid understanding of influencing sales, product knowledge, events, and operations.</li><li>Strong love for all things Beauty!</li><li>Complete understanding of Ulta company policies, procedures, and culture.</li><li>Effective planning, organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive sales through fostering relationships and providing exceptional brand partnerships.</li><li>Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results.</li><li>Must own a car and have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel a plus</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Seattle, WA (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
