The primary responsibility of this position is selling the Company&rsquo;s products and providing a high-quality service to customers. Makes sales by (i) soliciting new prospects for customers and (ii) persuading regular customers to increase the amount of their purchases or to purchase new Company products. In conjunction with the route salesperson&rsquo;s outside sales and solicitations, he/she will be expected to deliver/install products to/for customers along his/her route and/or within his/her territory.
Essential Job Duties
<ul><li>Solicit new and existing customers daily and promote and sell the Company&rsquo;s products to customers.</li><li>
Develop relationships with and provide service to existing customers that ensure customer retention and customer loyalty.</li><li>
Identify potential new customers and solicit business from the same.</li><li>
Be familiar with the Company&rsquo;s product literature and be able to convey product information and availability to customers to ensure the growth of both revenue and the number of customers along the route and/or within the territory.</li><li>
Attend regular sales training meetings to review sales performance and discuss sales goals and ways to improve sales performance.</li><li>
Provide exemplary customer service.</li><li>
Operate Company vehicle in a safe, courteous and responsible manner with a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>
Deliver/Install products to/for Customers along the route and/or within the territory &ndash; Verify parts delivered/installed to/for customers and obtain the signature of the customer confirming accuracy compared to the work order.</li><li>
Protect company assets by diligently performing all duties in a safe manner, including safely handling products delivered and payments collected.</li><li>
Operate in compliance with applicable rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.</li><li>
Comply with established company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.</li><li>
Take responsibility for your safety and watch out for the safety of others. Use safe precautions, proper tools, and equipment, and adhere to all safe work practices and policies.</li><li>
Assumes other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Minimum Requirements
Education &amp; Experience
<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>
Previous sales-related experience.</li><li>
Six+ months driving/delivery experience.</li><li>
﻿Must qualify for Corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.</li><li>
Valid Drivers License.</li></ul>
Preferred Requirements<ul><li>
2+ years of sales experience.</li><li>
Some business-related college coursework.</li></ul>

Responsible for safely operating a Company vehicle to deliver product to customers. Manually loads and unloads delivery truck, verifies parts loaded and unloaded, collects payments from customers, obtains signatures from receiving locations confirming accuracy of parts unloaded/loaded and delivers returned items back to the location.
Essential Job Duties<ul><li>
Drive a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents.</li><li>
Physically load Company truck at the location and verify the condition of the truck, the manifest, and other paperwork associated with the deliveries to be made.</li><li>
Drive to the delivery destination and physically unload the truck, verify parts unloaded, obtain signature of receiving location, confirming the accuracy of parts shown on the order and those received, and sign off on the integrity of what was loaded at the location.</li><li>
Make proper notations on the manifest and provide receipts on parts being returned from customers to the location.</li><li>
Collect accounts receivable, as necessary.</li><li>
Comply with established Company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Successful completion of annual training as assigned.</li><li>
Operate in compliance with applicable rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.</li><li>
