Salary: $75,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
Essential Job Duties<ul><li>
Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for any mechanical or electronic repairs services needed.</li><li>
Conduct training and test trainees.</li><li>
Work with managers and determine needed training on the use of hardware and software tools or workflow.</li><li>
Perform bumper-to-bumper mechanical and electrical repairs.</li><li>
Develop relationships with new customers and provide a high level of service to existing customers to maintain customer relationships.</li><li>
Assume other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Supervisory Responsibilities<ul><li>
Not responsible for supervising employees.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements 
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
High School Diploma/GED.</li><li>
﻿3+ years of automotive repair experience.</li><li>
Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.</li><li>
Must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.</li><li>
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.</li><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>
Ability to develop relationships with new customers to increase market share.</li><li>
Proficient use of a variety of automotive services and diagnostic equipment.</li></ul> 
Preferred Requirements 
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities<ul><li>
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.</li><li>
Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.</li><li>
Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.</li><li>
Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.</li><li>
Decisions generally affect one&rsquo;s job or assigned functional area.</li><li>

May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels.</li><li>

Compensation: 
 
Salary: 60,000 - 95,000 depending on experience 
or 
Flat Rate: $28 - $42 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsible for safely operating a Company vehicle to deliver product to customers. Manually loads and unloads delivery truck, verifies parts loaded and unloaded, collects payments from customers, obtains signatures from receiving locations confirming accuracy of parts unloaded/loaded and delivers returned items back to the location.
Essential Job Duties<ul><li>
Drive a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents.</li><li>
Physically load Company truck at the location and verify the condition of the truck, the manifest, and other paperwork associated with the deliveries to be made.</li><li>
Drive to the delivery destination and physically unload the truck, verify parts unloaded, obtain signature of receiving location, confirming the accuracy of parts shown on the order and those received, and sign off on the integrity of what was loaded at the location.</li><li>
Make proper notations on the manifest and provide receipts on parts being returned from customers to the location.</li><li>
Collect accounts receivable, as necessary.</li><li>
Comply with established Company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Successful completion of annual training as assigned.</li><li>
Operate in compliance with applicable rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service during delivery/pick up of products.</li><li>
Assume other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
