We are hiring a skilled Roustabout with heavy equipment experience to support field operations. This role involves a mix of physical labor and equipment operation, including setup and teardown of job site equipment, pad maintenance, fueling, and operating machines such as excavators, skid steers, telehandlers and Morookas. The work is fast-paced, outdoors, and requires regular travel and overnight stays.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Set up and tear down equipment such as generators, piping, containment, and light towers</li>
<li>Safely operate heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steers, and Morookas</li>
<li>Fuel and inspect equipment, complete daily maintenance checklists, and report issues</li>
<li>Assist with water transfer and frac support activities</li>
<li>Guide truck backing and monitor on-site activity to ensure safety protocols are followed</li>
<li>Maintain clear communication across teams using radios, phones, and in-person updates</li>
<li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe</li></ul><br>

Requirements</b></h3><br>

<li>
High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience as a roustabout, field operator, or similar oil &amp; gas role</li>
<li>Proven ability to operate heavy equipment (excavator, skid steer, Morooka)</li>
<li>Equipment certifications preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li>
<li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and with overnight travel as needed</li>
<li>12-hour shifts | Days &amp; Nights | Overtime &amp; Weekend availability</li></ul><br>

As a Field Automation Technician, you&rsquo;ll support our automated water transfer systems in the field. This technical, hands-on role involves installing and maintaining sensors, troubleshooting electronics, configuring devices, and ensuring safe and efficient operations at remote customer sites. You'll split time between field work and shop-based equipment repairs, reporting directly to the Manager of Automated Operations.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

<li>
Set up and rig down automation equipment on site</li>
<li>Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on sensors, valves, and controls</li>
<li>Use hand tools, diagnostic gear, and software to configure and test systems</li>
<li>Respond to field service calls and troubleshoot real-time issues</li>
<li>Interact with clients and represent the company professionally onsite</li>
<li>Complete daily reporting and safety documentation</li>
<li>Travel regionally, often to remote locations, with occasional overnight stays</li>
<li>Adhere to all SOPs, safety standards, and training requirements</li></ul><br>

Requirements</b></h3><br>

1+ year of oil &amp; gas or relevant industrial experience</li>
<li>Experience with electrical wiring, electronics, or instrumentation</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and with a team in fast-paced environments</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel regularly</li>
