<div><div>Position Overview:<br>
Keystone Custom Homes, one of the nation&rsquo;s most respected private homebuilders, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Land and Legal Operations Coordinator to support the operations of our Land Development Department. This position plays a critical role in facilitating the coordination of entitlements, sitework execution, and legal processes related to land acquisition and development.</div>
<div>The successful candidate will work directly with the Vice President of Land Development and provide cross-functional support to the Acquisition, Entitlement, and Sitework teams. The ideal candidate will have experience interfacing with engineers, legal professionals, government agencies, insurance providers, title companies, and financial institutions.</div>
<div></div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Coordinate documentation and processes related to zoning approvals, subdivision plans, and land development entitlements.</li>
<li>Support communication and task management with third-party engineers, municipal officials, legal counsel, and internal teams.</li>
<li>Facilitate document tracking and filing for utility agreements, permits, financial security agreements, and government approvals.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison with the Legal Department on contracts, municipal approvals, and other land-related legal documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables and submissions are prepared and submitted on schedule.</li>
<li>Maintain organized systems for legal and land development files, including agreements, approvals, and reports.</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in land development, legal coordination, real estate, or related field.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of zoning, land development, or real estate acquisition processes preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management software or project tracking systems is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.</li>
