 The Opportunity
 
 
 
 The Supply Chain team is an integral part in maintaining Keystone&rsquo;s Light Made Easy Promise. The Director of Supply chain is responsible for strategic planning and execution to ensure that the supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and capable of meeting the demands of the business while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role serves as a key liaison between departments, including sales, marketing, new product development, finance and operations to align supply chain strategies with company objectives, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and a unified approach to achieving operational goals. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, supplier landscapes, and logistical challenges to optimize the supply chain&rsquo;s performance and support the company&rsquo;s overall strategy and goals.
 
 
 
 Your Impact

 Manage and mentor a diverse operations team, including planning, logistics and inventory management, to achieve high standards in supply chain management and foster a culture of continuous improvement
 </li>

 Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and market demands
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and manage an end-to-end S&amp;OP process, including Supply Planning, to make decisions and meet market demand in the most efficient manner possible
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with sales, marketing, finance and operations personnel to obtain accurate forecast data and plan supply chain actions accordingly
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the planning process using existing software tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive innovation within the supply chain by leveraging technology, data analytics, and automation to improve forecasting, inventory management, and responsiveness to market changes
 </li>

 Develop planning and inventory strategies to support business goals and objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize the inventory deployment strategy to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion customer-focused inventory strategies within the supply chain to continuously enhance service levels and product availability in line with our Light Made Easy promise
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and oversee the inbound logistic strategy, including freight rate and contract negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage logistics provider relationships, including performance, cost and billing accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop supply chain KPI&rsquo;s, analyze and report results and identify areas for continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and publish regular reports to leadership on performance and opportunities for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement strategies to improve overall supply chain performance including cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and implement Lean principles to streamline and eliminate waste in the supply chain operation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required; Master&rsquo;s preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience in a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of management/leadership experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with overseas suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Superior Microsoft Excel skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in implementing S&amp;OP process
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in data and product management systems (Prophet 21, SQL, and/or Smoothie preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in Supply Chain Management strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and strategizing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in planning and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong time management and delegation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
