Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Clerk to join our dynamic team. This vital role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. We are also looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish!Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and maintain a professional reception area</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages</li><li>Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking vehicles that come in/out and maintaining vehicle logs.</li><li>Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management</li><li>Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email</li><li>Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)</li><li>Maintain organization of files and records to ensure easy retrieval of information</li><li>Support personal assistant duties such as calendar management and travel arrangements as needed</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office experience or administrative support role with a focus on front desk operations</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a busy environment</li><li>Bilingual (English/ Spanish) abilities are a must</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>Clerical experience including filing, proof reading, and document management preferred</li><li>Customer service background with a focus on delivering positive support experiences</li><li>Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able climb on to big vehicles.</li></ul>Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets efficiency!
