The Day-to-Day: 
<ul><li>
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.</li><li>
Oversee Team Members' completion of shift tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.</li><li>
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.</li><li>
Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations.</li><li>
Provide regular feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance.</li><li>
Offer ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.</li><li>
Actively participate in training Team Members.</li><li>
Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution.</li><li>
Assist the RGM in screening Team Member candidates.</li><li>
Assist with Profit &amp; Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor.</li><li>
Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.</li><li>
Assist the RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed.</li></ul> 
Is this you?<ul><li>
1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred</li><li>
Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>
Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>
Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another).</li><li>
Attendance and Punctuality a must</li><li>
Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.</li><li>
Basic Math skills</li><li>
Maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards</li><li>

Shift Supervisor

Location: LahoreAt KFC Pakistan, we design more than restaurants. We design experiences. From iconic storefronts to vibrant interiors, every outlet tells a story. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to bring our spaces to life.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist and report directly to the Architect</li><li>Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate as-built drawings</li><li>Develop presentations showcasing various design concepts and schemes</li><li>Prepare detailed working drawings for:</li><li>Restaurant layouts, Interior detailing in line with brand guidelines, MEP coordination drawings for restaurant operations, Structural coordination drawings (where required)</li><li>Submission and completion drawings</li><li>Develop high-quality 3D models for architecture, interior, and exterior projects including texturing, lighting, and rendering</li><li>Prepare indoor and outdoor competition render sheets</li><li>Interpret and analyze outcomes of different design concepts</li><li>Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors</li><li>Research, plan, and design interior concepts aligned with brand standards</li><li>Prepare architectural quantities and BOQs for initial project costing,</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman, preferably within commercial retail or QSR environments.</li><li>Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods related to signage.</li><li>Must have hands-on experience in preparing working drawings for:</li></ul><ul><li>Commercial projects</li><li>Residential projects</li><li>High-rise buildings</li><li>Interior detailing</li><li>MEP drawings</li><li>Structural drawings</li></ul>Candidates should demonstrate the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary drawings and manage project documentation from concept to completion stage.<ul><li>Technical Skills Required</li><li>AutoCAD (2D &amp; 3D)</li><li>3D Studio Max</li><li>Revit Architecture</li><li>Adobe Flash</li><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>Maya (Basic Level)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs120,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please mention your current gross salary.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
