We are looking for a professional, well-organized Receptionist / Call Center &amp; Inventory Assistant to be the face and voice of our beauty salon. Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred to better assist our diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities:Reception &amp; Call Center Duties:<ul><li>Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival</li><li>Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries in a timely and courteous manner</li><li>Schedule appointments accurately using the salon booking system</li><li>Confirm and follow up on bookings and client reminders</li><li>Handle client complaints or concerns calmly and efficiently</li><li>Promote services, packages, and ongoing offers</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of salon products and supplies</li><li>Receive and log inventory deliveries</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers as needed</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and product display areas</li><li>Assist with daily reporting and basic administrative tasks</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a salon, spa, or customer service role preferred</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is a strong advantage</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Professional appearance and attitude</li><li>Basic computer skills and experience with POS or salon booking software</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skil</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Salon Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:<ul><li>Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and advertisements.</li><li>Develop branding elements such as logos, color schemes, and typography.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that resonate with our audience.</li></ul>Videography:<ul><li>Capture high-quality video content for promotional, educational, and entertainment purposes.</li><li>Edit and produce video content with creative effects, transitions, and sound design.</li><li>Work with the team to develop storyboards and concepts for video shoots.</li></ul>Photography:<ul><li>Shoot and edit photos for social media, product shoots, events, and promotional materials.</li><li>Ensure consistency in style, lighting, and composition across visual content.</li><li>Manage and maintain photography equipment.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in graphic design, videography, and photography (portfolio required).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Knowledge of photography and videography techniques, lighting, and equipment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Thrives in fast-paced or deadline-driven settings.</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work in a Ladies Salon Marketing Team?</li></ul>
