KGC Accounting & Bookkeeping

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily HR and administrative operations across multiple business units.</li><li>Handle employee records, visa processing, renewals, and documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.</li><li>Lead recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, onboarding, and induction.</li><li>Maintain and update HR systems such as Odoo or Bayzat to ensure accurate employee data management.</li><li>Support payroll preparation, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries, employee relations, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Coordinate office operations, including supplies, communication, and facility management.</li><li>Review and update company policies in line with UAE labor law and best practices.</li><li>Assist in training coordination and performance management processes.</li><li>Handle employee relations issues and legal HR cases in compliance with UAE regulations.</li><li>Provide administrative support to management and ensure efficient workflow across departments.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in HR within the UAE.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance procedures.</li><li>Practical experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Odoo, Bayzat).</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.</li><li>HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A supportive and growth-oriented work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.</li><li>Collaborative and people-focused company culture.</li></ul>Why Join Us?Join a company that values efficiency, teamwork, and personal growth.
