We serve our customers globally through our retail stores and online platforms.As a Stock Room Assistant, you will be an essential part of a customer service driven team, a go-to person to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of maintaining an organized and well-stocked store environment for both employees and customers.Benefits include:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>50% employee discount unlimited after probation period</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>up to 40 hours working week (must be available to work night shifts)</li><li>Other leave entitlement benefits</li><li>Uniform allowance</li><li>First pick of sales stock and new collection</li><li>Fun team challenges with prizes</li><li>Performance related yearly salary increment</li></ul>What we need from you:<ul><li>Be Team spirited</li><li>Be Flexible</li><li>Be self-driven</li><li>Be Trustworthy</li><li>Be Reliable</li><li>Be detail oriented</li></ul>Key Tasks &amp; ResponsibilitiesReceiving and Inspection<ul><li>Receive incoming merchandise shipments accurately and verify their contents against packing lists.</li><li>Inspect items for quality, quantity, and any damages or discrepancies.</li><li>Report any issues or discrepancies to the store manager per policy.</li></ul>Stock &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Ensure efficient and organized storage of merchandise in the stockroom.</li><li>Properly tag items for security</li><li>Rotate stock to maintain freshness and minimize damage.</li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock counts.</li></ul>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with the store team to meet customer needs and assist with customer inquiries</li><li>Assist with special projects, such as seasonal inventory changes and store displays.</li><li>Provide support to your colleagues in the store floor, helping with replenishment and fulfil sizes and other items requests</li></ul>Stock Replenishment<ul><li>Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed to maintain an appealing shopping environment.</li><li>Collaborate with sales associates to ensure merchandise availability on the sales floor.</li></ul>Maintenance and Cleanliness<ul><li>Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance check and reporting</li></ul>Compliance and Safety:<ul><li>Follow company policies and procedures related to safety and security.</li><li>Adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.</li></ul>We are an equal opportunity driven company.
