Designation: Front Desk ExecutiveLocation: MumbaiEducation: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field preferableExp Level: 0-3 yearsSkills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Fluency in English, Hindi</li><li>Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment like AC, TV</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel)</li></ul>Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and staff upon entry to office</li><li>Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records</li><li>Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate team member/department as appropriate</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages</li><li>Handle queries from visitors, clients and staff related to admin activities</li><li>Maintain contact detail in directories</li><li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.</li><li>Arrange food orders for the office, and prepare vouchers as and when required</li><li>Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
