You will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, guiding them through every step of the process, and providing top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate is personable, driven, and knowledgeable about the local real estate market.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.</li><li>Conduct property showings and open houses.</li><li>List properties and create marketing materials (photos, listings, signage, online ads).</li><li>Prepare and review purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents.</li><li>Guide clients through the negotiation process.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and neighborhoods.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.</li><li>Manage property listings in MLS and company CRM tools.</li><li>Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (Preferred)</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (Required)</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Tech-savvy and familiar with real estate databases and CRM software.</li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Up to 50% Commission (Incentive-Based Commission)</li><li>Marketing &amp; Administrative Support</li><li>Opportunity to work in a highly competitive environment</li><li>Access to a vast property portfolio</li></ul>Does this sound like something you're interested in?
