1. Procurement Management<ul><li>Plan, organize, and execute purchase activities for cotton, polyester, yarn, spare parts, and other spinning-related materials.</li><li>Ensure availability of raw materials according to production schedules.</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers for best prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, supplier quotations, and approvals.</li></ul>2. Vendor Development &amp; Evaluation<ul><li>Identify and develop new vendors, both local and international.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with reliable vendors and maintain a qualified supplier database.</li></ul>3. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare and monitor purchase budgets.</li><li>Analyze price trends and market conditions to ensure cost-effective purchasing.</li><li>Recommend cost-saving initiatives and alternatives without compromising quality.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with production, maintenance, and finance departments for smooth procurement processes.</li><li>Ensure alignment between purchase schedules and production requirements.</li><li>Communicate regularly with the store and accounts departments regarding material status and payments.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier agreements, and material inspection reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with import/export procedures (if applicable).</li></ul>6. Inventory Management<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and reorder points to avoid material shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Work closely with stores and planning departments to optimize inventory levels.</li></ul>7. Reporting<ul><li>Prepare periodic reports on purchase performance, supplier performance, and cost analysis.</li><li>Present monthly procurement summaries to management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.</li><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of relevant experience in the spinning or textile industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
