Job Description 
Job Summary
We are looking for a UX Lead to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience across Khazna&rsquo;s products in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The role leads Product Designers and UX Writers, partners closely with Product and Engineering and ensures we build simple, trusted, and high-quality financial experiences for underserved users.<ul><li>Own the UX vision and ensure consistent experience across all domains (Activation, Credit Line, Payments &amp; Card, Retention, KSA EWA).</li><li>Set design standards, principles and quality expectations for mobile app and web experiences.</li><li>Review flows, prototypes and visual decisions to maintain a high-quality user experience.</li><li>Lead, mentor and grow a team of Product Designers and UX Writers.</li><li>Build strong individual development plans and promote continuous learning.</li><li>Partner with Product Managers and Discovery Team to run continuous discovery.</li><li>Turn insights from interviews and testing into clear product opportunities.</li><li>Validate ideas early through prototypes, quick tests, and user feedback.</li><li>Ensure all design deliverables are clear, practical, and aligned with product goals.</li><li>Oversee handoff quality, interactions, microcopy, and localization.</li><li>Support Engineering with clear logic, states, and detailed flow requirements.</li><li>Work collaboratively in the Trio model with PM and TPM to ship product improvements.</li><li>Align design decisions with Data, Growth, Operations and Compliance.</li><li>Represent UX in planning, roadmaps, and leadership discussions.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
6+ years experience in UX or Product Design, including 2+ years leading designers.</li><li>
Strong mobile design expertise and a solid portfolio of shipped products.</li><li>
Deep understanding of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and usability.</li><li>
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Experience in fintech or complex consumer products is a plus.</li><li>
Proficiency in Figma and modern product workflows.</li></ul>
