About the Role:We are looking for a Packaging &amp; Dispatch Manager to handle the end-to-end packaging and delivery process for our orders across all online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, JioMart, and others. The role involves ensuring timely, secure, and accurate dispatch of all customer orders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle packaging of jewelry products with care and brand guidelines.</li><li>Manage daily order dispatches across multiple marketplaces.</li><li>Coordinate with courier partners / logistics providers for timely pickups.</li><li>Ensure accurate labeling, invoicing, and documentation before dispatch.</li><li>Track shipped orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.</li><li>Maintain proper stock, packaging material inventory, and dispatch records.</li><li>Resolve issues related to lost/delayed/damaged deliveries in coordination with logistics partners.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months of experience in packaging/dispatch/e-commerce logistics.</li><li>Knowledge of handling courier portals / marketplace dashboards (preferred).</li><li>Attention to detail with an organized and systematic work approach.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily targets.</li><li>Team player with good coordination skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Salary: &#8377;10,000 &ndash; &#8377;12,000 (based on experience).</li><li>Exposure to end-to-end logistics and e-commerce operations.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling jewelry brand.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Hiring</li><li>Handle end-to-end hiring process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).</li><li>Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring requirements.</li><li>Employee Management</li><li>Maintain employee records and attendance.</li><li>Monitor time tracking and ensure proper shift/leave management.</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies.</li><li>Payroll Management</li><li>Prepare and manage monthly payroll.</li><li>Maintain salary records, deductions, and compliance.</li><li>Ensure timely disbursement of salaries.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or related role.</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment process, employee management, and payroll.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary: &#8377;10,000 &ndash; &#8377;15,000 (based on experience).</li><li>Growth opportunity in a supportive work environment.</li><li>Exposure to end-to-end HR processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
