 1. Core Focus on Trademark Prosecution Matters including Client Counseling for Trade Mark Filings, Drafting responses to examination reports, handling oppositions, handle TM Portfolios, draft/issue C&amp;D notices, and attending hearings at the TM Registry. Additional responsibilities would include Drafting/Vetting of all types of Commercial Contracts/Agreements, Trade Mark/IP Litigation, handing Court proceedings.
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Location would be Gr. Noida office of K&amp;K, and therefore requesting only candidates who are comfortable with Gr. Noida office location to apply.
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of core experience in all facets of TM Portfolio Development and Management matters and should be well aware of the TM Act and all procedures that form part thereof.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 4. At least 2-3 years of strong relevant experience in above-mentioned operation areas.
 
 
 
 
 
 5. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, should be willing to work independent as well as in a team.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 6. Should not have any ego/hangover of a previous job/position. Should be willing and open in participating in business development mandates.
