The Employee shall perform the assigned tasks as follows:1. Establishing the financial infrastructure of the group:&middot; Develop the complete financial structure from scratch.&middot; Design and implement the financial and accounting policies and procedures manual.&middot; Oversee the implementation of the ERP system and approve a unified chart of accounts across subsidiaries.2. Strategic financial planning:&middot; Prepare short, medium-sized, and long-term financial plans.&middot; Develop, monitor, and control annual budgets.&middot; Provide financial analysis to support senior management decisions.3. Accounting and financial reporting:&middot; Supervise proper recording of daily transactions.&middot; Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.&middot; Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).4. Budgeting and cost control:&middot; Develop and oversee budget preparation.&middot; Analyze variances and monitor financial performance indicators.&middot; Implement effective internal controls.5. Cash flow and liquidity management:&middot; Ensure liquidity and manage daily cash operations.&middot; Plan future funding needs and optimize liquidity distribution across the group.&middot; Create dynamic models for cash flow forecasting.6. Financing and banking relationships:&middot; Establish and manage relationships with banks.&middot; Secure credit facilities and manage loans.&middot; Oversee institutional financing arrangements.7. Financial risk management and compliance:&middot; Implement a comprehensive risk management framework.&middot; Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.&middot; Lead internal and external audit cycles.8. Asset and liability management:&middot; Oversee fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.&middot; Monitor and manage financial obligations.&middot; Conduct periodic net asset position evaluations.9. Payroll and taxation management:&middot; Supervise payroll operations and statutory reconciliations.&middot; Ensure accurate calculation and filing of taxes.&middot; Coordinate with HR to ensure payroll compliance.10.
