Job Title: Executive Assistant/Office ManagerLocation: JaipurWork Hours: 1:00 PM &ndash; 9:00 PMSaturday: OffSunday: 3&ndash;4 hours (flexible)About the RoleWe are looking for a dependable, smart, and well-organized Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a reputed law firm based in Jaipur.The ideal person will be confident in English, good with computers, and have strong organizational and coordination skills. You will play a key role in managing schedules, client communication, documentation, and overall team coordination so that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.This is a long-term role suited for someone responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a professional setup.Key Responsibilities* Schedule, organize, and manage client meetings, calls, and appointments.* Coordinate with associates and follow up on timely completion of assigned tasks.* Handle client follow-ups, maintain communication records, and update progress reports.* Manage and track invoices, bills, and basic financial documentation.* Type or prepare short drafts, letters, and notes from dictations when required.* Maintain files, records, and office documentation in an organized manner.* Facilitate smooth coordination between clients and senior management.* Handle correspondence through emails, calls, and messages professionally.* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and office matters.* Track deadlines, meeting reminders, and upcoming deliverables.* Support day-to-day office management and keep work running on schedule.What You Must Have?* Excellent English communication (spoken &amp; written).* Strong coordination and multitasking ability.* Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and document typing.* Professional, punctual, and reliable with good interpersonal skills.* Preferably from a non-law background (training will be provided).* Looking for a long-term, stable role with consistency and career growth.Salary: Negotiable (based on experience &amp; skill)How to Apply?Interested candidates can share their resume and a short introduction at:Email: advocate.snehdeep@gmail.comWhatsapp: 09414358454(Please mention &ldquo;Application for Executive Assistant &ndash; Jaipur&rdquo; in the subject line.)Ideal CandidateSomeone who can think ahead, communicate clearly, and keep things running seamlessly &mdash; from scheduling meetings and managing follow-ups to ensuring every task stays on track.
