   Responsible for achieving target sales volumes and Market Share
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitoring &amp; reviewing sales performance of territories
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct team meetings, channel development
  </li>
  <li>
   Overseeing sales promotional activities
  </li>
  <li>
   Track the inventory at distributor locations, track the stock returns
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure availability of quality enablers at dealership.
  </li>
  <li>
   Expands customer base by identifying new customer segment &amp; opportunities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure timely &amp; quality forecast from dealerships.
  </li>
  <li>
   Regular performance analysis of dealerships and proposes corrective action.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicate dealerships on company policies and initiatives, implement and&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   adherence of the same.&nbsp;&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with financers &amp; insurance companies for market development activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Meeting customers to take feedback, understand expectations, resolve complaints.
  </li>
  <li>
   Timely market feedback to RSM &amp; HO on competition activities, government regulations and related business aspect.
  </li>
