Position Summary: The Restaurant Manager at The Ocean Room plays a pivotal role in maintaining the restaurant's Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star service and operations. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager, the Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, ensures exceptional guest experiences, manages staff, and upholds the restaurant&rsquo;s reputation for excellence. The Restaurant Manager collaborates with department leaders to optimize performance, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive financial success. 
Qualifications: 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years in fine dining operations.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within Forbes rated hotels or resorts preferred.</li><li>Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including fine dining service standards and beverage knowledge.</li><li>Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting.</li><li>Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Commitment to fostering a guest-focused, team-oriented environment.</li></ul> 
Expectations &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Operations Management:</li><li>Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to Forbes Five Star standards.</li><li>Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction. Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and prepared for service.</li><li>Team Leadership:</li><li>Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address personnel issues.</li><li>Foster a positive and professional work environment.</li><li>Financial Management:</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.</li><li>Track inventory, control costs, and minimize waste. Monitor labor costs and optimize staff scheduling.</li><li>Compliance and Safety:</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.</li><li>Maintain and enforce policies and standards for food safety, alcohol service, and workplace conduct.</li><li>Guest Experience:</li><li>Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, exceptional service. Position Summary: Under supervision of the Restaurant Manager, courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring hotel's standards of service. Ensure accurate and fair guest placement that benefits both the service staff and the individual guest experience. Take reservations and maintain reservation book. Assist in monitoring the guests' needs and in all phases of the operation. Assume total responsibility when Manager is not present. Maintain and support Service Commitment and Core Values.

Laundry Washer / Driver

Position Summary: Candidate for this position must be highly motivated to work and supervise employees in day to day responsibilities. Must possess a strong work ethic, have confidence, and exhibit good decision making skills in the field of work. They should have a strong eye for detail pertaining to landscape maintenance and able to meet high performance standards in an upscale resort environment. Must be able to follow directions clearly, communicate to employees, and with management team to ensure maintenance responsibilities, standards, and goals met.

Qualifications:

<li>Associates Degree in Horticulture, Turf Grass Management, or related field strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years experience in landscape maintenance and/or turf grass management.</li>
<li>Resort landscape maintenance and or/ golf course experience a plus.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and have own transportation to and from the resort.</li>
