Position Summary: In this role, you will provide administrative and marketing support to the Villa Resort Food & Beverage team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments. You’ll assist with community relations, marketing initiatives, social media content creation, and recruiting support. This position offers a dynamic mix of administrative, creative, and event-related tasks while helping to uphold the Kiawah Island Golf Resort (KIGR) brand standards.
 Pay Rate: Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay will be determined during the hiring process.
 
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma, or equivalent GED required; college degree strongly preferred.</li>
<li>One to two years of social media content experience, plus one year of general office experience is required.</li>
<li>Team-oriented mentality, with ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Must be responsible and detail oriented</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Restaurant experience preferred.</li>
</ul>
Expectations & Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assist in facilitating the Villa Resort Food & Beverage team with administrative duties</li>
<li>Responsible for coordinating and relaying accurate and up-to-date information is presented to both internal and external departments</li>
<li>Attend KIGR’s Sales & Marketing meeting once a month to stay up to date on projects and marketing efforts as it pertains to F&B</li>
<li>Assist in researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising</li>
<li>Maintain contact and relations within the local community</li>
<li>Register and assist in off-site event participation</li>
<li>Act as the liaison between Villa Resort F&B and the Marketing department to uphold the brand standards of KIGR</li>
<li>Maintain and update the Villa Resort F&B team’s community relations/public relations/marketing calendars</li>
<li>Create, capture, and schedule content for social media posts for all Villa Resort F&B outlets</li>
<li>Assist with photo shoots, as needed</li>
<li>Help with candidate management in regards to recruiting efforts, applicant outreach, and scheduling of interviews</li>
<li>Work closely with the Villa Resort’s culinary and front of house teams on their promotional needs</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Essential Physical Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.</li>
<li>Frequent use of computer, phone, and standard office equipment.</li>
<li>Occasionally required to lift, carry, or move items up to 25 lbs (e.g., event materials, marketing displays).</li>
<li>Ability to bend, reach, and assist with on-site and off-site event setups as needed.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in both indoor office settings and outdoor environments for events or photo shoots.</li>
