Position Summary: The Villa Transportation Supervisor will serve as a key ambassador for Kiawah Island Golf Resort. This position is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, ensuring that all team members anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and consistently deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will foster a guest-focused culture, support staff development, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

<li>Minimum Education – High School Diploma, some college preferred.</li>

Expectations & Responsibilities:

<li>Ability to coordinate, monitor and assist the drivers, Villa Front Desk and Concierge.</li>
<li>Ensure the daily manifest is followed and all group moves are completed with minimal delay.</li>
<li>Coordinating guests and group luggage for timely delivery to and pick-up from guestrooms.</li>
<li>Be available to assist in any area of the operation when needed.</li>
<li>Carefully carries baggage to and from guest villas and homes while also helping acclimate guests with their accommodations as needed.</li>
<li>Preforms deliveries of amenities, golf bags, luggage, and other items when needed.</li>
<li>Inspects van before each shift for any safety concerns, as well as cleanliness inside and out.</li>
<li>Organize, assemble and distribute group/wedding amenities and keep detailed follow-up records of their delivery.</li>
<li>Upholds the core values and policies & procedures of the resort.</li>

Transportation Supervisor - Villa Resort

Position Summary: Housekeeping Room Attendants are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. Room Attendants thoughtfully perform daily service to each guest room, evening turndown service, and prepare guestrooms for new arrivals. Room Attendants are expected to adhere to Forbes Five-Star standards as well as AAA Five-Diamond standards in each task they are assigned.

<li>Responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department.</li>
<li>Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, and cleaning of kitchen area, room refrigerator, coffee maker, cups, glasses, and silverware.</li>
<li>Upon completing servicing of rooms, notify supervisor so rooms may be sold or occupied.</li>
<li>Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping.</li>
<li>Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures.</li>
<li>Replenish supplies and equipment, as needed during the shift.</li>
<li>Report faulty equipment, linen shortages, maintenance needs, safely hazards and other problems immediately to the supervisor on duty.</li>

Laundry Washer / Driver

Position Summary: Candidate for this position must be highly motivated to work and supervise employees in day to day responsibilities. Must possess a strong work ethic, have confidence, and exhibit good decision making skills in the field of work. They should have a strong eye for detail pertaining to landscape maintenance and able to meet high performance standards in an upscale resort environment.
