 Sales Executive

 Real Estate
 
 , office, coworking space or property dealing. As the Sales Executive, you will be dealing with a diverse role which includes inbound call management, lead qualification, lead conversion and customer service.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1.
 
 Inbound Call Management:

 Serve as the first point of contact and actively listen to callers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about our workspace offerings and pricing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer solutions tailored to the caller's requirements, emphasizing the unique benefits of Kickstart Coworking Space.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 2.
 
 Lead Qualification:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and qualify potential members through effective questioning and conversation by assessing the caller&rsquo;s level of interest and readiness to engage further.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document call details and lead information accurately in our CRM system.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 3.
 
 Sales Conversion:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Convert inbound inquiries into memberships by effectively articulating the value proposition of Kickstart Coworking Space.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle objections and address any concerns to secure the sale.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the growth of our coworking community.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 4.
 
 Product Knowledge:

 Maintain in-depth knowledge of our coworking spaces, amenities, services, and pricing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and membership packages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously update knowledge to provide accurate information to callers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 5.
 
 Customer Service &amp; CRM Management:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive caller experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with callers as needed to provide additional information and support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize our CRM system to record and track all interactions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate reports and analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required background
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in sales, CRM management, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of coworking spaces and flexible office solutions is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
 </li>

 who can sketch like a designer, draw like an engineer, and think like a maker. You&rsquo;ll develop aesthetic, intentional pieces and make them manufacturable at scale.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Furniture Concept Design
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Ideate and design custom, modular furniture pieces for workspaces and shared environments.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Blend global design inspiration with local materials, functionality, and ergonomic principles.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop products that express our brand&rsquo;s philosophy and aesthetic.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Drawings &amp; Prototyping
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Translate designs into working drawings, CAD models, and production-ready blueprints.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create instruction sets/documentation for easy fabrication by craftsmen.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Supplier &amp; Craftsperson Collaboration
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Work directly with carpenters, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Visit workshops and factories to oversee quality and alignment with design intent.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Source new materials, finishes, and hardware in collaboration with operations.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Production Optimization
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and scale barriers in furniture manufacturing.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Help build backend supply systems that are cost-effective, scalable, and design faithful.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure each piece balances design integrity, cost control, and build repeatability.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Background:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;5 years in product/furniture design or interior joinery.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Fusion360 for technical drawing.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience working with small-scale manufacturers or craftsmen is a big plus.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge of wood, metal, upholstery, and finishing materials common to Pakistani supply chains.
 
 </li>
