Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children&rsquo;s lives while working in a supportive and collaborative setting.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the developmental levels of children, including preschoolers and toddlers</li><li>Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning through hands-on activities</li><li>Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation</li><li>Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental delays and collaborating with specialists as needed</li><li>Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods into daily lessons</li><li>Maintain detailed records of student progress, conduct assessments, and prepare reports aligned with standardized testing requirements</li><li>Foster open communication with parents and guardians regarding child welfare, progress, and classroom activities</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and special education needs</li><li>Experience with classroom management techniques that promote a positive learning environment</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and child welfare best practices</li><li>Familiarity with teaching physical education, tutoring techniques, and early intervention programs</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities in a nurturing manner</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists effectively</li></ul>Join us to shape young minds through innovative teaching methods while enjoying a vibrant work environment dedicated to growth and excellence.
