We are a pediatric therapy clinic specializing in supporting children (OT, PT, speech, and feeding). We&rsquo;re looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to help turn real clinical insights and ideas into engaging, high-quality content for parents.This is a hands-on content creation role. The clinic owner will guide overall messaging and topics &mdash; you will bring those ideas to life through video, trends, and storytelling.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Turn provided topics and ideas into engaging short-form video content (Reels)</li><li>Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, and captions</li><li>Stay current on trends and adapt them appropriately to our niche</li><li>Capture content in the clinic (photos/videos when appropriate)</li><li>Write clear, parent-friendly captions</li><li>Schedule and post content consistently</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Strong experience creating short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)</li><li>Has grown a social media account (personal or professional)</li><li>Understands what makes content perform (hooks, retention, engagement)</li><li>Creative and able to make educational content engaging</li><li>Organized and reliable</li><li>Comfortable in a pediatric/clinical environment</li><li>Bonus: interest in child development, therapy, or neurodiversity</li></ul>To Apply: Please share:<ul><li>Examples of short-form video content you&rsquo;ve created</li><li>An account you&rsquo;ve helped grow (and your role in that growth)</li><li>A brief explanation of a post that performed well and why</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Raritan, NJ 08869
